RDR's staff of professional interviewers complete thousands of interviews a year, on a variety of topics and with a variety of audiences, ranging from general population surveys on election, environmental, or education matters, to surveys with difficult to reach populations like physicians, high net worth households, and executives from Fortune 1000 companies.
Because of the difficult surveys we are often asked to field, RDR interviewers are subject to a rigorous screening process even before they are hired, including mock interviews, and computer aptitude tests.
Many of our interviewers have been with RDR for years, and are expert in gaining cooperation, empathetic listening, probing and clarifying open-ended responses.
All RDR clients are able and encouraged to remote-monitor our phone interviewing on their project, to experience first-hand the feedback from respondents as well as the caliber of our interviewing staff.
