Forensic Legal & Jury Studies
The perspective we bring to legal projects is over 35 years and 2,000 separate studies. Providing research services to the legal profession is a small but important part of our work.
Most of the work for the legal profession has involved critiquing the survey research work of opposing counsel, designing and executing surveys on behalf of counsel,
pretesting studies and providing advice.
In addition to the breadth and depth of research experience, Richard Day brings a broader resume. Richard Day is President of Richard Day Research, founded in 1974.
